What is the most important news on FAF for me is the one reporting in the last few days by the new CEO of FAF is that by middle of 2023 FAF will be cash flow positive and if that happen on that time frame FAF stock will go up !

I am thinking that the big play for ATD will be GTII in the US (they have struck a partnership with them to supply stores south of the border), so this is where I am concerned about FAF moving to buy stores in KIngston. If GTII ends up supplying the US then it is possible that High Tide will expand into ATD stores nationwide, so unclear how FAF will fit into this scenario, possibly remain the Canadian equivilant? Yet we saw FAF move into a partnership south of the border as well? Still need more clarity on the way ahead imo.

Correction! Not Hight Tide I meant "RISE" which are GTII's stores in the USA.
