Guess I can see CVE selling off the land if not core to them but as I understand it they also sold their equity position in HWX after the SP went up. If they expected the SP to go up a lot more they might have wanted to keep their position. As I said before, don't get me wrong, I still like HWX but will wait till there is more visibility.
