He was ousted, not involed now, blew out some shares at like 2 bucks. maybe has a few 100k left , not enough to swing that vote to No. Maybe you should do some dd and find out who the 2nd largest shareholder is. He did us all a favour, couch-tard not abdanoning something they already have invested 100 mill in. They will now excericse at 125% of VWAP before June 2023 rather then 85% in 2 seperate tranches.
