Great Choices!!!!!Another retail lease to deal with (increase liabilities commitment) and a board member who graduated from Asper, but didn't even complete his actuarial internship.  

What does a moving company have in common with a MJ producer/wholesaler/retailer?  NOTHING!

Good choice!  Why not just admit you have given up and can't get actual talent to work with you.
