yes, you will receive the dividend as the ex-dividend date was yesterday, so you could have sold yesterday or today to receive the dividend.

but here's the no.  the last date to lock in capital losses for 2022 was also a few days ago.  Any sale today will settle in the new year, and the capital loss will apply at the end of 2023...

so yes, you will get the dividend, but not the benefits of the capital loss for 2022
