I22 Excellent point as usual. There have been far more opportunities over the last 4 years to purchase this stock below $0.50 than there have been opportunities to purchase over a $1.00. That shows that most people who are claiming this stock has been a poor performer are just wrong or have consistently bought high and sold low. Reliq is doing better than almost all its peers who are closer to their all time lows.
