"Happy" is not a useful investing term, even if you are sitting on a pile of capital gains. You're one of these strange posters who has to see everyone as a pumper or basher. Frustrations are inevitable when a company seems incapable of producing a NR without errors or omissions. Doesn't mean the baby should be thrown out with the bathwater. If it's enough to sour some investors, so be it, their decision. But don't make assumptions based on a grumble.
