...... Major Contract for ESS in Southwest with a Utility
...... Spin Off for BCS side in late Q4
..... I think we spike to $28us in late Q2 , and fall back to high teens by EOY
..... New BOD from Tesla ESS side or Other Big Hitter from ESS Company
