RE:RE:RE:RE:My Distribution Paid Today - TD Great job buying up shares.
Your speculation is a very fair assessment and not unrealistic.
There is lots of value in a company with a clean slate,  public listing and large tax loss

There must be a good reason why they are transforming the company rather than just folding.
Any ideas what they could have planned for the company now?

Just speculation on my part. This company is now a shell as of this coming Tuesday morning at open.

It is now a very clean shell with a bit of cash; a low share count; a public listing on a recognized stock exchange; and tax losses ready to be used.

The widow is obviously ready to move on and has cashed out. The investment company has probably written off their investment if they have a loss to take, and has no further loyalty.

This says to me that some company is waiting in the wings ready to roll their asset or merge to get their public listing. This may be a shell for a while, but by this time next year there will be something happening in this space.

I was buying shares frequently for more than one account during the past two weeks - including today.
