All I am saying is that we need to temper our expectations.

yes, Biden is in the US VI right now at the same time they passed legislation.

but we have all seen Schumers "soon" which amounts to nothing.

can the review be completed in the next few months, possibly. But the steps following that decision can take years and years. Maybe because cannabis has the public support, that might speed things up. But they still have a process to follow.

will 2023 be different? Certainly hope so.
