RE:RE:RE:RE:Pershimex meeting result for mergerHi Pilgrim
I would never try to sell an investment to a bank as $20m loan needed for a co that is a ($20.5m ABI
and $4.8m PRO if the merger goes throught) total +- $25m mcap.
I would sell my project as a real estate investment( example : building a 128 appartment building comparison).
Sleeping Giant has a value of $25m and needs $20m extra to be a gold mine producing 20,000 oz a year in 2 years.
My presentation would include a projections of 20k oz at a cost of $1800ca = $36m and
a resale price of $2450 x 20k = $49m.
the result would be $49m- $36m = $13m ca in profit a year .
Any banker should realize the profitability of the project.
The $13m in enought to pay the loan back in 5 years .
A payment including capital and interest(10%) of $423k a month (+- $5m a year ) would pay the loan in 5 years.
The extra $10m needed could come from revenu.
And i do not include a projection that the price of gold could go up by a large amount in 2 years.
