NAV increased from $2.02 to $2.31 TD Dec 19 based on $9 Ni

Vs our last report Nov 9 which took the Co Swap Agreement into consideration, TD Greg Barnes has increased our NAV to $2.31 in his Dec 19 Metals and Minerals report based on an EXTREMELY conservative Ni prices (2022 $11.48, 2023 $10.00, 2024 $9.75, 2025 $9.50, Long Term $9.00.

They uped slightly their 2022 EPS and EBITDA to $.34 and $236mil respectively
