If Atlas develops this mine something has gone really wrong in the first several months on 2023.
All I meant by that is that I'm fairly confident that the asset will be sold. Atlas may start the preliminary stages of development but I think someone will take it off their hands before things get too far along. If Atlas is the one to take this to full development, IMHO, it means that Atlas wasn't able to get a reasonable return for shareholders in a sale process for whatever reason (i.e., dire economic conditions (depression, etc.)) and decides to build out themselves to maximize shareholder value. I don't see those circumstances happening and still firmly believe that it will be sold, not built out by Atlas, as I expect that there's enough interest in the asset that it will be sold and shareholders will be rewarded without taking on the execution risk of mine develpment. Nothing is for certain and there is always a chance that Atlas builds this out, but I just think it's nominal. I have said all along that this was being packaged to sell and I believe it more now than ever. As always, IMHO!
