The only reason Yfi and it's lapdog wanna talk about channel width is because they can't compete on the things that matter today. So they want to create a false narrative that the new tech isn't any good. Let's be clear, if you have a good connection on 20mhz you can exist quite comfortably. If you have a need for high bandwidth higher channel widths will make your life much better. On my IOT network I use 2.4ghz and 20mhz channels. For obvious reasons. On my main wifi network I run 80/160mhz channels. It's very stable and very fast.

It's not surprising Yfi doesn't talk about the things they can't do that the new tech can. If someone decided to buy Yfi chips what would they do about Bluetooth? When you buy from, say Broadcom, you get integrated Bluetooth. Why would someone want to go out and engineer some bolt on solution that wouldn't work nearly as well. This is but one example of the many I've raised that put Yfi far behind on total product delivery.

So numbnuts can spew all the BS he wants about whatever he wants. What he can't do is argue the merits of his masters aged tech. And Yfi won't release a full paper on their POC. So how can anyone rely on their public statements backed up by nothing but 2 unverifiable data points.

This is one of the few times you have been right leo. Your argument is indeed very SAD.

First of all, learn some humlity before pitting your laymens knowledge about Wi-Fi against the best of the best in the industry. You sound ridiculous! Better yet, discover who made that quote, the entire context of the article, and then come back again calling that party out by name, and inform him in technical terms where his is wrong, If you were to do that successfuly, you might just find yourself being Chief Technologist within a multi national company.

Furthermore, don`t waste everyones time leading to believe you know more than YFI, Tier 1`s, cableco.s etc as to what should be included in their tech. As to what is all included you do not have a clue.

As for your expectation that YFI should release to you a full paper on their POC, what planet are you living on. First of all, how do you know they even have the legal authority to do so. Secondly, anyone with brains about this industry knows that this information has already been released to selected parties that are first line prospective customers for our tech. Unless you can convince them that you should belong to this club, keep dreaming your ridiculous dream. But guess what? If the day comes whereby this tech is adopted and implemented into the market, marketing dep[artments will put you on a list among millions of other prospective customers to reach out to through ads etc.

Hence, at this stage, you are still a nobody for YFI. Your not even a shareholder which ads to the insanity of why you have devoted so much time and opportunity cost devoted to convincing .00000001% of the investors of America that you should be entitled to influence their choices.  The fact that you, Royal, and a gang of street urchins would do this defies all sound business logic. How ironic! You trying to convince others of your tech and business prowess by saying and doing something stupid. If the community policing here truly wanted to do something significant for the betterment of these boards they would start with you.
