RE:Stock market manipulation in the newsGamble, you think PHD board Chairman should be investigated by the OSC? Cause thats what the 2nd example you gave was about. The 1st example doesn't apply as PHD hardly trades AT ALL.

Trying to blame "market manipulation" on the dismal performance of a tiny, dead-in-the-water, flat broke garbage microcap stock that has almost zero volume in trades is about the most comically lame and desperate last ditch excuse you could possibly try to run with.

And yes, I know the company's own President tried to do exactly that.
