However, your point remains a consideration .
But, why hire the required construction and Admin staff for the required mine construction period in March ?


It takes time to build solid teams and find the proper employees. So hiring a manager and leaders in advance just makes sense in my opinion. 

According to the the last presentation Kevin has done in November, mine construction is not supposed to happen prior to April 2024 as detailed engineering is not over before March 2024.

I propose you and any new comers go through the presentation above (use the link) and also to listen to the latest Crux Interview done in October to have a feeling about what management is planning.
