Firstly Lewdog, I must respectfully disagree with your assessment.
Options are one way of retaining quality personnel in the exploration industry. Due to sometimes extreme liquidity constraints, salaries in this industry are on the low end of the spectrum. While I have seen option abuses many times, I see no problem here. This represents a win win situation as far as both shareholders and company personnel are concerned. It represents incentive to give all to the company you represent.  Both company and shareholders win with this scenario.
