Contact and holiday pay

Contact and holiday payFirstly
I did in fact call the company yesterday and talked to a company representative, who then had the party I wished to talk to return my call promptly, so I have real issues believing that no response to phone or email was forthcoming!
Secondly
It is apparent that some do not understand what they are reading
To say 354000 in a quarter for holiday pay is misrepresenting fact
Holiday pay is based on 4 to 6 percent of earnings for an employee
Do the math on what wages would be for that number to be correct in a given quarter
I would say that this could be an accumulation over a long time frame
But then certain on this site don't seem to concern themselves with actually presenting truth information !
