Leatitia Wong??? Based on what? For 2 years she had the mandate to find ways to finance Eva. 2 years that ended up with nothing. Regarding the 40000 shares that you are refering, they are options not share buying in the market.

Honestly, we need someone from outside that has the mission to do a major clean up and will not be influenced by current management.

Finally, the current board and chairman are only there to collect they check. With the last 18 months of horror they have done nothing. That makes no sense. Everything is business as usual. They are all buddies.

A takeover seems to be the ultimate way to get that mine running correctly.
