You've got to admit KTD, it takes real skill to use language in such a way as to include all the important buzzwords while saying nothing concrete that you can be held to.

"Each step that we take continues to lay the foundation for building a state-of-the art magnesium production plant."

So I conclude they are "taking steps towards" (whatever that means) "laying the foundation for building" (whatever that means) a state-of-the-art magnesium production plant, you know like hiring consultants, hiring high level executives...etc... And the important steps of canceling agms because milestones are left unmet, (and unelaborated as well). It's all good.
