When asked in the past IR has said the number they quote is after applying the amount that are eligible and likely to consent to the program. Collection of copays are waived in the US during the health emergency which lasts through 2023. Most Medicare advantage plans don't charge for copy's for Telehealth. If a patient has a secondary insurance like Medicaid they cover the copay. Low income people don't have to pay a copay, middle income people are likely on a Medicare advantage plan and likely don't pay a copay and the wealthy retirees in Florida are happy to pay. Also I would imagine most older Medicare patients children would be happy to cover the copy for piece of mind that their parents are getting in home care. For the record, I have Medicare parents in the US.
