RE:RE:VALUATION: 42 CENTS TO 70 CENTS.Maybe:
First, what about Buffalo Hills? Include, not include? (I know first hand that there have been diamonds found most less than 1 carat)
What happens to the WGF shares owned by DIAM?
Royalty (1 to 2%) would a deal include that?
Franco-Nevada: Has properties in Saskatchewan. They like to contribute $$ for production royalties on long lasting projects - this one has 60 + years written all over it - would they buy 25% and ride the wave?
Newmont: has approximately 70 million shares, they may want to ensure a "appropriate" price is attached to DIAM shares - this is serious business in Canada not DMC.
So, you ask what the value is - when you do an appraisal on a house there is the "replacement value" and the "market value" - the "replacement value" of someone finding a commodity, proving it up, obtaining a Federal and Provincal environmental permit is staggering.
Market value 12 cents
there is a disconnect that must be addressed - not because I am a shareholder, but because class action suits will be the norm if a 'fair value' is not recognized.
I'll contribute the opinion that a base price should there be a changing of ownership would be $1.00 to $1.50. The Jethro Bodin 'guesenties' (Beverley Hillbillies) would take care of the up swing or down swing of a final $$$ value as the positives/negatives of outstanding details are considered.
until anything happens we are both correct........good luck to all shareholders!
