When there is this much action/interest the stock price should have gone up considerably.however This is the VSE and price manipulation is well known.
if the trades are always between .085 and .105 then 3,000,000 trades buying and selling could cause a loss of as much as $60,000.
not a huge price to pay.
what is really happening here?
why did the PP only net $180,000 ?
