RE:RE:RE:gojotv Too be clear I'm not a defeatist. But when one looks at this company's past operational history it does appear to be positioning itself for a "going private" strategy.
It's just my opinion and actually shared by GoJo.
They've always provided an income for its management ,but rarely if ever turned a real profit...and did that for over 20yrs...that's truly an amazing feat.
Furthermore ,shares were quietly accumulated by Berger (quite a few actually) during a time where there really was no concrete reason to do so.
The companys news releases about potential clients during that time really meant about as much as any of their releases..in other words not much.
The problem with gojos plan is that he speculating about unknowns.
Insolvency is the biggest one...that's means bankruptcy..plain and simple.
If that's the case zero can be done.
A company declares bankruptcy and ..ceases to exist.
But...the management simply creates another company and or /joins another one they're affiliated with and continues on.It happens all the time..ask Donald Trump lol.
GoJo hopes to derail this and I cannot see it happening. These guys running WEE are far too sly..their track record is perfect.
..For screwing the common shareholders that is
