... If VAN DYKE the deposit UNDERNEATH a town is soooo wonderful.... why not SELL it to a miner and carry on???
Seemz the emphisis is ALWAYS on selling or TRYING to sell this story to retailer stock traders with the PROMIS of sooo much more gain. Just sell the darned thing and accomplish SOMETHING for the decade gone by.
Selling Van Dyke to traders makes no sense againste actually delivering SOME kinda progress on the develop sell repeat tag line.
