I found the October 13, 2011 shareholder rights plan in SEDAR filed under DOCUMENTS AFFECTING RIGHTS OF SECURITY HOLDERS.

But this is date October, 2011 and I blieve there is another oneas mentioned above dated August, 2020 that was available until yesterday on the company website. 

Something fishy here? Can anyone else find the more current rights plan?

why has the shareholder rights plan vanished from the candente web site. Has the Shareholder Rights Plan been cancelled?

We need to question Freeze about this, no?

Or better still the CSA (Canadian Securities Association).
