You're right, it's gone. On my last check a few weeks ago it was still there. Not sure what it means?

The risk is, if we vote NO and the financing will be cancelled than DNT probably running out of money. Not sure if we could get much better placement conditions on the market currently?
In my eyes YES seems to be better than NO.
