Shelby2 - PELCAN was right about the sae of PGM assets. When someone posts qulaitative statements, you need to find the quantitative statements i.e. offical documnets. See the asset sales schedule ("plan") to liquidate the assets. Based on the schedule, this is going to move quickly with the wrap up by 2023 YE.

So, will AngloGold make a bid for the assets? It will be very interesting to see the bids.

Call KSV to confirm common shareholder rights in the CCAA action. They'll be happy to answer your questions and bill your call against the PGM estate. That's what lawyers do best. And for educational p[urposes, read the docs on the KSV Web site. You won't learn this in High Schoool English.
