Fortesque must think we are dumb or they may want to test our intellegence.  They said $3 million of the private placement will be spent on drilling.  Investors are always attracted by drilling, they think a big jackpot will be found.  We already have a big jackpot with Billions and Billions of pounds of copper, a critical metal.  If they do find another Canariaco DNT would be worth much more than $3.  Other majors would be attracted and bidding for the company will start at $3 a share.  Fortesque will likely drill where they are sure to find nothing.  The offer to drill is BAIT that will only catch suckers.

I don't see why a white knight doesn't step up and offer to buy into Candente.  Or why some big speculator doesn't start buying up Candente stock and give Fortesque a run for thjeir money..  I think shareholders would be appreciative of someone who gives them value rather than try to buy the company for pennies on the dollar.
