RE:RE:RE:Will we have a Pit #3?Thank you very much for providing this indicative historical data.
It confirms a universal posit for Gold deposits.
All shallow oxidized gold deposits appear as outcrops but mainly as dessiminated , which are found in the open pits are derived from basement lodes ( hard rock ) which have grades at least twice that of the shallow oxidized and which increase with depth.
Typically, open pits extend to depths of about 100 meters or so, below which you will transit to the sulphide gold locked within the basement rock.
Unless by signifucant alluvial displacement by ancient rivers, it is a universal fact that each pit has its
underground sulphide primary source lodes.
These are usually in the form of rich veins of varying width.
These veins are known to have a much deeper source extending to at least 4000 meters below the open pit ....about as far as they have drilled todate .
We have Just a few holes todate under the two western pits which confirms sulphide grades doubling open pit grades and down to just 500 m.
So, the model fits quite well so far .
The Dollivar mine and drill results confirm that these high grade underground sulphide veins extend
well beyond current drilling program .
They must have open pit oxide gold as their oxidized surface expression , so we know there exists open pits west of #2 pit yet to be discovered .
So, the gold source model holds west of pit #2 .
Its quite likley that the underground sulphide lodes are continous all the way west to Dollivar and perhaps beyond .
One of my current gold investments have underground lodes extending under 8 pits and still open at strike.
Under such conditions, super pits , one blending into the other, each fed by the continous undrtground source rock of primary sulphide gold.
So, Kevin's optimism is very well based.
We are in for exciting times in 2023.
I buy more almost every day toward a position in 7 figures ..
