What you need is some kind of legal representation.If there is none amongst the common shareholders,you have 2 options:

Hire one(Good luck getting everyone on that)

Or hire one yourself.

Otherwise be prepared to be ignored ...there isn't a single common shareholder that's happy with what happened but historically the common shareholders gets screwed.

It doesn't matter what transpires...when one carefully reads the latest companys language and terminology (and not dwell on hopeful "what ifs")..it looks like the die is cast.
