Essentially what it boils down to is, they have a plan to grow revenues and lean on the commercial side to try and get an appropriate valuation, but the only quick wins will come from securing partnerships.
So the investment thesis is, buy now with a path to growth and limited downside, plus a two free lottery tickets for your trouble.
