Dear Xebec Shareholder,

Attached is a letter that was forwarded to the Court on Friday 6th January 2023.

As there is some political will to see a proper restructuring for Xebec, it is extremely important that shareholders throw their weight behind this now.

Therefore, can all Canadian Xebec shareholders email their local elected representative ASAP and ask for them to consider supporting a restructuring effort for Xebec please. We would advise following up by telephone for maximum impact.

Shareholders should attach a copy of the letter sent to the Court, to their emails sent to their local representative.

The time left to create a positive outcome for shareholders is extremely short, so this is a matter of hours not days.
