Can they put wcs into the SPR though?You know in order for wcs to flow through pipelines it must be diluted with condensate so that it will flow more readily............condensate is more pricey than wti and is removed and exported back to canada...........my understanding is if they store the stuff without condensate it might solidify into hockey puck type substance .........i wonder if anything i mentioned above is true or it might be just a figment of my imagination.......who knows........i think they want tanker crude delivered right to the SPR storage site.......probably iraq or syrian crude or else west african......good luck with that joe
