Rambler Metals Potential Suitor for Point RoussRambler metals has its copper mine in Baie Verte, it's copper floatation plant 40 km away at Nugget Pond and it's copper concentrate Deep Water Port at Goodyears cove 200 km away .
It costs Rambler $5 million US to truck it's ore to the Nugget Pond mill and an amount extra to truck that concentrate to Goodyears cove.
Besides that , it's tailing dump at Nugget Pond has only three years of storage capacity left .
It could of course dismantle the Nugget Pond Copper floatation plant to Baie Verte but it will still have a tailings problem in three years and a long way to truck it's copper concentrate .
Point Rousse has a very large in pit tailings storage facility, a deep water port to store the copper concentrate and the Pine Cove mill has a gold circuit needed to extract fine gold remaining in the copper concentrate and can refine that concentrate .
Point Rousse would seem to be a very good solution for Ramblers copper mine at Baie Verte..
