Holds 8 million shares of DELT.

The Corporation holds 11.23% ownership interest in Starling at September 30, 2022 and December31,2021,subjecttoTSXVentureExchangeapproval. HTCacquired$5,000,000 investment in Starling on acquisition at December 31, 2021, however, based on performance in the industry the investment has been impaired to FMV at December 31, 2021.

 

As at December 31, 2021, the Corporation has Canadian non-capital loss carry-forwards of approximately $17,356,396 (December 31, 2020 – $12,040,000) which may be carried forward to apply against future income tax for Canadian income tax purposes. These non-capital loss carry-forwards begin to expire in 2037.
