To propose that you’d prefer a management that would intentionally lie and manipulate both the trial's pace (at the cost of saving lives of potential patients), and share price (at the cost of shareholders) is unconscionable and lousy investing advice. As an investor I’d much rather own stock in a company where the CEO fails at his job and is replaced, than one where management is rotten to the core and colluding to enrich themselves.
I will add, that if it is your belief that Spectral's management is involved in these shady practices- you should be very nervous about "whatever" just happened with Dialco, especially with management's lack of disclosure of the material details of the "deal".
