RE:RE:SEDI (System for Electronic Disclosures by Insiders)I just looked up Bernd Seizinger.

He got a PhD from the Max Plank institute and has been a faculty member at Harvard and Princeton for various periods, while serving as a CEO a few times and being a member of many boards for biotechs.

This guy is very impressive. He also owns the most shares outright of the management and board.

Of course, he is probably among the wealthiest of that group.
