Special Meetings - Buyout (Feb28) - New Directors (Mar28)

Special Meetings - Buyout (Feb28) - New Directors (Mar28)If their attempt to bully us out of this comapny, Glencore and their hand picked "independant" directors have set a Feb 28th special meeting date for consideration of the cash buyout offer.

Intersting how they set the special meeting to consider electing new directors March 28th - in advance of this buyout meeting I might add.

I believe the offer will be raised before the Feb 28th meeting; but probably not by enough.  I will not consider voting Glencore's deal for it unless we see $2.25 as an offer from Glencore. And its only at that point that I will consider it.

I hope and expect to hear more from the miniority shareholders. Hopefully Glencore is not green-washing them with private, under the table side deals to get them to use their 22% to accept this steal from Glencore.
