RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Any guessesHeavily invested, and yet well diversified. I don't think of myself as an insider, just someone that can read tea-leaves only slightly better than the average joe.
As luck would have it, Spectral was one of my top performers in 2022. Especially after the low 20 cent buys a little over a year ago (shout out to BSW). That always colours one's impression of their investment, don't you think? How about you ?
"They didn’t just sandbag the DIMI trial for 2+ years- so they could give the control of DIMI back to Infomed. That wasn't their genius plan." Hmmm
I must be watching a different movie. How do you know that an ultimate buyer of DIMI/SAMI isn't negotiating behind the scenes with both Infomed and Spectral (post SAMI FDA approval and post DIMI partial FDA approval) in-order to control the last phase of the useablity study, and/or to put the DIMI though it's paces, within their own clinics, to see if it will work as advertised for Home Use? And or to see if it's a worthy competitor to the Fresenius machine?
Isn't it logical that Spectral needed to separate out the Dialco assets as we close in on Interim Data review for PMX in Q1 or Q2? I see iDialco as a placeholder...step 1 of a two step process to ultimate monetization.
If they, as you say, "gave it away" (it = Dialco Rights for NA) what did they get in return? I'm guessing something quite acceptable to the insiders/outer-circle that plunked down another $ 10M + in November.
I am no pawn. Just watching the game unfold as an observer. Aside: At one time, as a kid, I had a Chess rating > 2k and beat a Grandmaster by chance one day (in his defence he was playing a simultaneous exhibition). Gave it up....but still understand the game. Tip: it's best not to look at the current postion to decide who will win, but rather all the permutations and combinations of say the next 5 - 10 moves ahead. Fortunately it gets easier in the endgame. Sometimes games are drawn out to the bitter end, even when there is an obvious advantage to either White or Black.
I do feel that there are is one (a couple of?) willing pawn(s) that makes himself (theirselves) known here. He can be an elusive chameleon-like character that seems to blow whichever way the wind needs to blow in the moment.
