Only good if Aromayne wins.  He wants to make a quick buck, 20% gain and move on...probably will look for a buyer at a discount and put up for sale.   Even if slate undergoes reasonalbe strategic alternatives lots of reits are selling assets and funding a NCIB but no much recovery in SP.
