SOPerior Fertilizer Corp. is a Canada-based exploration and development stage company. The Blawn Project comprises 23.5 sections of land owned by the State of Utah, acting by and through the School and Institutional Trust Lands Administration (SITLA), and covers approximately 15,404 acres (6,233 hectares) of land located in Beaver County, Utah.

SP jump....

With another confirmed 1.7 million changing hands this deal is one baby step from complete. This announced payment will be nice relief for our share price until we get final news and partner name confirmation. What a relief to cross this threshhold. Tomorrow will be interesting but just the start of a real nice run as the Blawn economics story gets told in real dollar terms and timing.
