HEXO vs. VFF

HEXO vs. VFFI noted this before that I have traded VFF in the past and I have absolutely nothing negative to say about the company, those holding it should not take this as a negative against the company however I will point out a few things to note in comparing VFF to HEXO Corp.

1) VFF is showing a EPS of -.55 while HEXO Corp is closer to positive at -.32
2) VFF has a PS-Ratio of 1.43 while HEXO Corp holds the lower PS-Ratio of .289 (Ycharts.com)
3) VFF has 90 Million Shares outstanding while HEXO has only 43 Million
4) VFF 52 week high is $6.55 while HEXO 52 Week High is $$13.60 (now updated post-consolidation)

The above was gathered using the QUOTE option from the StockHouse menu.

While I am aware of HEXO launching new high-margin products I am not aware of any new high-margin products out by VFF (disclaimer... I do not follow the VFF stock closely).  HEXO also has two new supply agreements in the last few months and again, not aware of any such developments on VFF.

As this is the HEXO forum and personally I have no interest in exploring VFF I will leave my comments here but anyone interested in VFF should do their own due dilligence for more details and set their trading plan prior to placing cash on the line.

Best Regards,
