Great News

Great NewsGreat news for ICM and NVLH shareholders.  I am going to say I told you so now.  The companies have merged as I was hoping that they would do.  This now provides a clean structure for doing deals to develop BC.

After this deal closes, I am expecting offtake agreements to be waiting in the pipeline.  There must be end users who pushed to have this deal done so they can deal with a single entity that controls the resource.  This deal would not have done for the fun of it.  Something big is coming and the the new mergeco stock is gonna soar.

Good luck for all us who have been waiting for so long.

By the way, some people speculate that the mergeco will be acquired.  I don't.  I expect offtake agreements.  The reason is that you can acquire both companies interest in BC without having to do a complicated and costly mergeco transaction.
