Will SQI have any part in this new parterndhip with Trinity Biotech or is this strictly a separate joint venture between Imaware and Trinity ?

it reading the news article it also appears that Trinity is a similar diagnostics company as SQI. Does this new partnership between SQI and Trinity have any effect on SQI's partnership with Imaware. Does SQI automatically become an invested party because of this deal with Trinity.
