You need to forget Atlas building this out or ever seeing $100 per share. 100% it won't happen.
Consultants were appointed last year for a good reason.
Atlas currently has no FS and no permit so no construction until 2024 and likely 3 years to production. Rowland and Patrick don't want to hang around that long. Important board member now is John Anderson who is there to deal with a sale on behalf of Atlas.
After feasability in out in March/April then Atlas will invite offers. What is unclear is if any interested party will act on the PEA and decide not to wait. Still expect to see $280 - $320 capex.
