The Trudeau government actually lowering taxes on Canadians... that has about as much chance of occurring as catching a unicorn.  The reality is the Trudeau government doesn't give a rats a$$ about cannabis.  Legalization served their purpose in getting Trudeau elected.  That was the objective. Nothing more.
