Don't worry about Saltarelli and his 1,378,217 options G1945G. He may very well get a much greater reward from Biodexa, or later from a private player if he follows xB3 wherever it may go.

I love poof's comment about Saltarelli, "...he's looked under the hood of Biodexa in ways that we wil never be able to."

Poof is stating what I've been saying for 18 months, that Bioasis is not disclosing much about its activities, that it's actually removing disclosures from its filings and promotional material.

And then poof has the gall to describe the potential value of the Biodexa assets of which Bioasis shareholders will own only about 6% and private interests will own more than 75%.

Imagine, he's trying to make all of that a selling point for the deal!

And then when you consider that DrDR & DrMS are free to chase xB3 and LT and The Placee wherever they may go, including to a potential new xB3-based IPO, then poof might want to take his pumping to more fertile grounds because these barren grounds are unfit for human habitation.

If Saltarelli is a mastermind behind this sellout then I can't see DrDR remaining in the mix for long. I suspect that DrMS has more team-player inclinations than DrDR does and that this difference between the two could be soon detected by the private interests.

I would wish DrDR and DrMS good luck but beenthere needs those wishes more than they do. DrDR and DrMS are well set up, no luck needed now.
