So until such time that predictive diagnostics develop to the point of being able to forseeing the possibility of developing a particular cancer 10 to 20 years in the future, cancer vaccines will be confined to acutely treating superficial "hot" tumors like melanoma in conjunction with an immune checkpoint inhibitor like Keytruda.
