RE:RE:RE:RE:Saltarelli is in the catbird seat... About the very successful Saltarelli, poof states "I think BTI's misfortune held him back and was very costly to him given he could have went elsewhere and succeeded. He looks like a believer in BTI despite the setbacks."
That borders on the ridiculous.
Saltarelli has been "held back," poof says, due to "BTI's misfortune." Bioasis's "misfortune" has happened under Rathjen and Saltarelli's watch, maybe was even caused by them, if not by malice then at least through incompetence.. BTI's "misfortune" happened because management and the BoD could not, or did not, make a success of the company, and that failure appears to be benefiting Saltarelli and Rathjen.
However and whenever LT and The Placee were brought into the picture, maybe as long as 18 months ago, xB3 capabilities and opportunities have been played down. This set the stage for a cheap buyout of Bioasis, and Saltarelli and Rathjen get to go along for the ride - destination unknown because, as poof describes, and we don't doubt, Saltarelli and Rathjen got to see things about the deal that shareholders could not.
Sometimes it's evident that stupid people do not realize that others in their world are not as stupid as they are. Bioasis and Midatech shareholders, and TSXV, NASDAQ and AIM investors, have substantially down-valued both Bioasis and Midatech since this deal was announced. Both companies will end up being over 75% owned by private interests and all remaining and new investors will have less than 25% of the company. That's why the markets have down-valued the two companies. Investors understand that no matter what news Biodexa might produce, shareholders cannot predict the actions of the controlling shareholders.
That down-valuation may also be very much a result of Rathjen, Saltarelli and the BoD essentially and purposefully removing the larger opportunities of xB3 from public view. Does Saltarelli still believe that xB3 is as good as or better than Denali's TV technology, with Denali currently valued at almost $4 billion? If he still believes that then why did he help hide xB3 for the last 18 months? Why did he help hurt Bioasis like that?
And poof touts all this as somehow being beneficial to Bioasis shareholders.
It restores my faith in the intelligence of investors that they're not buying into this narrative. Investors know that some important questions need to be asked and answered about Biodexa and the intentions of LT and The Placee who control it all. No funny pre-paid warrants can hide the existence of that control or eliminate questions about the intentions of LT and The Placee. Or questions about how DrDR and DrMS might benefit from the failure they allowed, or caused, on their watch.
